To secure the Kinesiocuffs, simply slide the silicone end through the loop and over the weighted bar for the perfect fit. Kinesiocuffs come packed in a convenient zippered travel bag.

Kinesiocuffs are sold in a pair as a set of 2. Each Kinesiocuff is 1.3 pounds in weight, however adjustable. As a pair they total 2.64 pounds. Total length is 15 inches and 3 inches in width. 

Each cuff has 8 sliding weighted bars, approximately .14 pounds each, to customize the perfect weight. As you train and build strength, you can add resistance.
